Nasal aesthetic operations can be performed with open and closed techniques depending on the experience, knowledge of the surgeon and the condition of the structures inside the nose, but basically both methods serve the same purpose. Depending on the condition of the nasal septum, bone and cartilage structure, which separates both nostrils from each other in the nose, the decision is made by the surgeon. The surgeon’s experience is also decisive in the choice of technique.
The surgeon is asked by the surgeon before the operation and the patient is given realistic, accurate information. The degree of deformity in the nose is closely related to the outcome of the operation.
